Terms of Service

The basis on which we work together.

These terms cover how TopReasons Services takes on concierge work, how we charge for it, and what each side can reasonably expect from the other.

1. Who we are

TopReasons Services ("TopReasons", "we", "us", or "our") is a luxury concierge service operating from Accra, Ghana. We arrange travel, hospitality, transport, dining, events, and other lifestyle services on behalf of private clients.

2. Accepting these terms

By engaging us — whether through enquiry, by accepting a quotation, or by paying through one of our payment pages — you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not proceed with the booking.

3. The service we offer

TopReasons acts as a concierge: we coordinate, recommend, and arrange services delivered by independent third parties (the "suppliers") — for example hotels, airlines, transport providers, restaurants, venues, and event partners. The supplier is responsible for actually delivering what they have been engaged to deliver. We are responsible for the quality of our concierge work in arranging it.

4. Our clientele

TopReasons is invitation-led. We accept work where the brief, timing, and profile of the request fit how we work. We may decline or refer a request at our discretion.

5. Bookings and quotations

  • Concierge work usually begins with a brief from you, followed by a quotation or proposal from us.
  • Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to confirmation of supplier availability and price at the time of booking.
  • Where prices are quoted in a foreign currency for convenience, the actual charge will be settled in the operating currency at our applicable rate at the time of payment.

6. Payment

Payments are made through our authorised payment partners — Fidelity Bank Ghana, DPO Group, and Flutterwave — using card or mobile money. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Concierge bookings involve commitments to third-party suppliers, many of whom apply their own cancellation rules. For that reason, we handle cancellations and refunds on a case-by-case basis:

  • If you need to cancel or change a booking, contact us as early as possible. We will tell you what the supplier's cancellation terms are and what, if anything, is recoverable.
  • Where TopReasons fails to deliver the concierge service you have paid for, we will arrange a refund or an alternative at our discretion.
  • Where the underlying supplier delivers but the experience falls short, we will assist you in raising the matter with the supplier; recovery is subject to the supplier's own policies.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, including names exactly as they appear on travel documents.
  • Hold valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations, and any other paperwork required by your destination.
  • Behave lawfully and respectfully toward suppliers, their staff, and other clients.
  • Pay in full and on time for any concierge work commissioned.

9. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential. Internally, only the people who need access to deliver a request will have it; externally, we share the minimum necessary with the supplier engaged on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.

10. Limitation of liability

TopReasons is responsible for taking reasonable care in coordinating and arranging your booking. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of independent suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control (including travel disruptions, force majeure, regulatory action, or supplier insolvency).

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Ghanaian law.

11. Intellectual property

The TopReasons name, brand, and the content of this website are the property of TopReasons Services. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them without our written permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the point you commission a booking is the one that applies to that booking.
